Hi there, I'm Tom - and welcome to my page!

Over the years, I've been fortunate to build a career around something that's always come naturally to me—being reliable and helping people.

For more than 33 years, I worked as an independent contractor in the transportation industry, earning a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and doing what I say I'll do. Today, I work in property maintenance for a large local business, where I've spent the past 10 years caring for our buildings, solving problems, and keeping things running.

Tom's Property Watch came about because of something I never expected: people kept referring me to their friends and family. Before long, I realized there was a real need for someone homeowners could trust to look after their property while they were away.

Whether you're leaving for a weekend, heading south for the winter, or travelling for work, my goal is simple: I want you to enjoy your time away knowing someone dependable is keeping an eye on things at home.

Beyond scheduled property inspections, I'm also happy to help with many of the day-to-day tasks that keep a property running smoothly. From lawn care, gardening, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance to small repairs, mail collection, and pet care, I'm here to help however I can.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors, spending time with my family, or on the back deck with my wife, Lyn.

I take pride in treating every home with the same care and respect I give my own.

Ensuring your pets remain comfortable and cared for while you're away through feeding, fresh water, walks or outdoor breaks, medication (if required), and plenty of attention based on their regular routine.

Garbage & Recycling Service

Ensuring garbage, recycling, and green bins are placed out and returned on the appropriate collection days.
